Spectroscopic studying of plasma parameters for PbS prepared by pulse Nd:YAG laser deposition

چکیده
In this work; Lead sulfide (PbS) plasma plume was prepared by laser induced (LIP). With Nd: YAG irradiation of the target worked at a wavelength (1064) nm. have been studied using spectrometer that collect spectrum Laser produce PbS different values energy (200,300,400,500,600)mJ. The electron temperature (Te), density ne, Debye length (λD) and frequency (fp) were determined optical emission spectroscopy technique. Spectral study mixing in air. measured Stark broadening Pb lines Boltzmann plot method it is one methods are used. results showed, nm, valuable range (1.465-1.599) eV (1.11-1.47)×1018 cm-3.
